Customer Service for our Magazine Subscribers


How Can We Help You?

Amos Craft Publishing's subscription department is at your service! We're delighted that our magazine is part of your life. To make your crafting easier still, please use this guide to answer many of your service questions.


Generally the post office takes 10 - 15 days to deliver our magazines, but that varies somewhat from area to area. Magazines are on the newsstand approximately 2 weeks after they are mailed. Getting your magazine a bit earlier is one of the advantages of subscribing.


Label

The expiration date - month and year of your final copy - is found above your name on your mailing label, after a long string of numbers. OCT07, for example indicates that your subscription expires with the October, 2007 issue.


Allow 6 to 8 weeks after renewing for the label to reflect your new expiration date.

Frequently Asked Customer Service Questions

Moving to a new home?
Please write, email, or phone the Customer Service Department with the change 6 to 8 weeks before you move. Please include both your old and new address.

Seeing double?
If you are receiving two issues, please write the Customer Service Department and send both labels so we can properly credit your account.

Shredded magazine?
If your issue didn't arrive in perfect condition - or even worse, if it doesn't arrive at all - please contact our Customer Service Department for a replacement copy.

Receiving bills after you've paid?
Chances are, our records have been updated, but your next bill was being printed and mailed at our letter shop before your payment arrived. Often good customers who have paid receive another bill because of this cross over in the mail. Please don't worry; sometimes it just takes a little time for processing of payments to catch up with our ongoing billing schedules.
